摘要
目的分析输尿管镜术中的困难及常见并发症,并进行总结。方法该院自1999年5月～2006年9月共对600例输尿管疾病患者行输尿管镜手术。结果术中遇到各类困难47例(7.83%),术中转开放手术11例(1.83%)。11例中转开放原因:进镜失败5例(45.45%),未找到输尿管口3例(27.27%),输尿管断裂2例(18.18%),结石游走1例(9.09%)。结论对于输尿管镜术中遇到的困难采用正确的处理方法,同时掌握手术适应证和熟练操作技巧是减少手术失败和并发症的关键。
[ Objective ]To analyze and summarize the difficulties and complications emerged during transurethral ureteroscopy. [Methods] From May 1999 to September 2006 rigid transurethral ureteroscopy was conducted in 600 patients of ureteral disease. [Result] Among 600 cases, all kinds of difficuties emerged were 47 cases （7.83%）, 11 cases （1.83%） were converted to open surgery. The causes of the 11 pantients transferred to open ureterolithotomy includ, failed urcteroscope access of 5 patients, ureteral orifice of 3 patients not found, ureter fracture 2 cases, stone migration 1 case. [ Conclusion ] Correct methods to manage the difficulties, mastering of surgical indications and surgical technique are the key points to reduce the failure rate and complications of ureteroscopy.
