摘要
肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯型β内酰胺酶是近几年来发现的肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的主要机制。它可以水解除头霉素以外的所有β-内酰胺类抗生素。准确快速检测这些耐药基因是控制其传播的关键。此文对肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶的研究进展进行综述。
The Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenem β-lactamase takes part in the major mechanism of carbapenem resistance in enterobacteriaceae. It can hydrolyze all β-lactam agents except cephamycin. It is important to accurate and identificate these resistance genes in controlling their spread. In this article, the research progress about Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase are reviewed.
