摘要
目的研究氮酮对盐酸小檗碱的体外透皮吸收的影响,为黄连复方涂膜剂透膜吸收促进剂的选择和生产质量控制提供依据。方法以裸鼠皮肤为试验屏障,利用ZTY智能透皮实验仪和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测法,研究氮酮与冰片联合使用时对盐酸小檗碱透皮吸收的影响。结果当一定量的冰片与浓度分别为0%,2%,5%的氮酮联合使用时,盐酸小檗碱的透皮吸收速率常数分别为62.591,52.927,60.622μg.cm-2.h-1。结论冰片与不同浓度的氮酮联合使用时,氮酮与冰片有一定的相互抑制作用,氮酮浓度为0%时,有最大的透皮吸收速率常数。
Objective To study the effects of azone on the percutaneous of berberine hydrochloride in vitro so as to provide experimental basis for complex prescription Coptis chinensis plastics to choose absorb promoter and control production quality.Methods With the skin of nude mice as the barrier,ZTY intelligence permeation skin tester and detection of HPLC were used to study the effects of coalition utilization of azone and borneol for percutaneous absorption of berberine hydrochloride in vitro.Results The rate constants of berberine hydrochloride were 62.591,52. 927 and 60.622 μg · cm^-2 · h^-1 respectively when azone and bomed of 0,2% ,5% were used together. Conclusion Azone with different concentration and bomel inhibit each other when they are combinedly used. The absorption rate is maximum when azone is 0%.
