摘要
本文从理论框架,测量灵敏度,光源,样品的吸收和厚度以及时间分辨等方面对光学非线性Z扫描测量方法的近年来的发展予以论述.
We give a review of Z-scan as a method of measurements of opticalnonlinearity. We discuss its theoretical framework, measuring sensitivity, the influenceof the pump laser, absorption and thickness of sample and the application of timeresolution measurement.
