摘要
师范生言说素质培养是师范生教育的薄弱环节,师范生言说素质的缺憾在课堂教学活动中多有表现,这些表现背后都有其深层原因。师范院校要采取有效策略,积极拓宽师范生的言说渠道,鼓励和帮助他们积极主动地参与言说实践,不断提高自己的言说素质。
The cultivation of eloquence is a weak point in education of normal university students. Such limitation can be well shown in class teaching, which may have their deep reasons. Accordingly, the university should take some effective measures to widen channels for speech, encourage and help students actively take part in the practice and hence improve their eloquence.
