摘要
热扩散渗锌过程是一种固态扩散反应,反应时间长、速度慢。表面纳米化技术作为一项新的表面处理技术应用于热扩散渗锌,可以降低渗锌温度和缩短渗锌周期。对表面纳米化处理以及添加剂对渗层厚度、保温时间、保温温度的影响进行了探索性试验。试验表明纳米化层对于扩散更加敏感,时间的影响对于纳米化层并不显著。同时结合其它渗剂的使用,表面纳米层对渗层的改善作用又有所提高,温度越高,渗层厚度增加越明显。
Surface nanocrystallization has been used in many aspects as a new way of suface treatment technology, especially in reducing temperature and time of sherardizing. The influence of surface nanocrystallization and additive on the thickness, temperature and time of thermal diffusion was discussed. Experiments showed that the nanocrystallization layer was more sensitive to the diffusion, the effect of time on the nanocrystallizaton layer was not remarkable. By using other additives, the diffusion layer was further improved.
