摘要
疲劳裂纹是承受交变载荷压力容器常见的失效形式,介绍了某台φ2500铸铁烘缸端盖裂纹的检验情况,分析了疲劳失效的原因,并提出了相应的对策。
The fatigue cracks are the normal failure in the pressure container which bears alternative load, the measurement and test of the cracks on the cover of φ2500 cast-iron dryer are introduced, the reason of fatigue is analyzed and some counter measures are proposed.
