摘要
为研究下放容器过程中时变的提升钢丝绳动力学特征,利用计算机仿真技术得到了整个下放容器过程中钢丝绳的变形规律和其张力的大小及其变化规律,对不同的提升速度、加减速度等进行了研究.研究表明,3段速度图下加减速意味着载荷与绳变形的突变及由此诱发的绳的振动,且由于是变刚度变质量系统,提升速度也对绳的变形规律和张力变化规律产生影响.这些结果对提升设备的设计、改进以及使用均具有重要的参考价值.
To study dynamic characteristics of winding rope when a vessel is winded down along a shaft, the laws governing deformation and its tensile of steel rope are obtained by means of computer emulation. And situations under different velocities and accelerations and decelerations are also investigated. The study indicates that accelerating or decelerating under three step winding situation means abrupt changes of deformation and tensile of rope and causes its vibration. Winding velocity also affect the laws governing the deformation and tensile of the rope, because the system is the one of changing stiffness and mass. These results are of great reference value for design,renovation and utilization of hoisting equipment.
