摘要
针对柔性抽油杆采油现场应用中需解决的两个关键技术问题 ,建立了抽油杆柱纵向振动的数学模型 ,在此基础上提出了杆柱配比的优化方案。采用遗传优化算法进行优化计算 ,应用VisualBasic语言实施程序优化设计 ,并以辽河油田小 2 2 - 1 4 - 2 8井为例 ,进行了柔性抽油杆柱优化配比设计。优化设计结果与现场实际使用的杆柱配比相差很小 ,这种优化设计方案已在辽河油田试行。
In the two key technical problems in the on-site application of flexible sucker rod, the mathematical model for the longitudinal vibration of the rod string is established. Thereby a method for the optimum combination of the rod string is put forward. A optimum computation is conducted with the genetic algorithm, and the programming design is finished on Visual Basic. A case study of the rod string optimization is made, and a satisfactory result is obtained. Now the optimization design solution is being tried out in the Liaohe Oil Field.
