摘要
从特质的取向研究人格,极大地促进了人格心理学的发展。人格的情境主义研究取向与特质取向相对立,产生了著名的人—情境之争,这场争论促成了现代人格心理学上互动主义取向的产生。文章介绍了这三种研究取向的产生、发展、特点,并指出人格心理学研究中,各种研究取向由分裂对立不断走向整合的趋势。
Studying personality from the trait has, as an approach, improved the development of personality psychology. The situationism approach is on the contrary side of the trait approach, and produces the person-situation dispute. At the same time,the dispute contributes to the interactionism hpproach. The article mainly introduces the production, development and characteristics of the three approaches. Besides, the article suggests the trend in the field of personality psychology, all sorts of approaches go from isolation to integration..
