摘要 研究了一种用于制造陀螺马达转子的磁滞合金,在FeCoV4的基础上,通过添加Cr元素,减少V含量,明显地改善了合金冷变形后对热处理工艺的敏感性,获得了性能优于2J4的新型磁滞合金。 The magnetic hystersis alloy used for manufacturing gyrorotor was investigated. Based on FeCoV4 alloy, by adding the element of chromium, and decreasing the content of vanadium, the sensitivity of alloy to heat treatment process is obviously improved after cold straining. The novel magnetic hystersis alloy superior to 2J4 has been acquired.
