During the republic period,Nan Jing government launched an vital reform on monetary system. That was to replaced liang with dollar. With respect to its origin,preparation,as well as its significance,a number of numismatists had spend thousands of words on this. Besides,the author,armed with the historical documentation,deepened our knowledge on this topic. In the process of the reform,the Treasure Ministry,the Central Bank,collaborated with the Mint,overtook the political and financial problems. And finally made the dollar system accepted nationally.
