摘要
研究了一种使亚氨基二乙酸母液(IDA)重复套用而提高IDA分离收率的新工艺。将IDA母液用盐酸调节至酸性后减压加热浓缩,将其浓缩后得到的酸母液进行重复套用,分离、烘干提取出亚氨基二乙酸干粉和氯化钠干粉。得到的亚氨基二乙酸干粉用红外光谱和高效液相色谱对其结构、含量进行表征和测试,证实此干粉为95%以上的亚氨基二乙酸,回收率高达94%。
A new process for recycling IDA mother liquor to improve separation yield of IDA was studied. IDA mother liquor after adding hydrochloric acid was condensed by decompression and heat and the acid mother liquor after the concentration was recycled. IDA and NaCl was obtained by separation and drying. Structure and content characterization of IDA product were detected by IR and HPLC. The content and separation of IDA were 95 and 94%,respectively.
