正交实验优化(E)-3,4,5-三甲氧基-4'-硝基二苯乙烯合成工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Synthesis Technology of (E)-1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)ethene by Orthogonal Test

摘要 以3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛和对硝基甲苯为原料,苄基三乙基氯化铵作相转移催化剂合成了(E)-3,4,5-三甲氧基-4'-硝基二苯乙烯。通过正交实验确定了最佳合成的工艺条件是:反应时间12h,催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵用量0.1206g(0.5mmol),反应温度25℃。产品的总收率90.6%,含量98.5%。实验的方差结果表明反应温度是反应的主要影响因素。 (E )-1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) ethene was synthesized from 3,4,5-trim ethoxybenzaldehyde and p-nitrotoluene with p-3 ethyl chloride as phase transfer catalyst. Best reaction conditions were found by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions were as followed:reaction time was 12 h,the amount of catalyst p-3 ethyl chloride was 0.120 6 g(0.5 mmol),reaction temperature was 25 °C. The total yield of product was 90.6%,and the content was 98.5%. Result showed that reaction temperature was the main affecting factor.
