摘要
宝钢３高炉（４３５０ｍ３）是矮胖的冷却壁高炉，因为种种原因，投产后炉况经常出现波动，通过探索和完善无钟炉顶布料档位以及其它操业制度，适当疏松了边缘，使得煤气流分布更加合理，炉况稳定顺行，消除了炉温波动，各项操业技术指标连创新高。
No.3BF in Bao Steel is a type of cooling stave furnace in dumpy shape,which often fluctuates after its operation.By exploring and improving burden grade on bellless top and other operation institution,peripheral gas flow gets loosed.As a result,distribution of gas flow is more reasonable,fluctuant furnace temperature is released,and furnace operation has been working smoothly,so that the new records of main operation indexes of No.3BF have been successively achieved.
