宝钢 3号高炉通过调整布料档位 ,优化煤气流分布 ,确保高炉稳定顺行 ,并通过不断改善原燃料质量 ,提高利用系数 ,提高喷煤比 ,降低焦比 ,改进操作等措施 ,使铁水含硅量稳步下降 ,现稳定在 0 30 %以下 ,最低月均为 0 2 6% ,达到世界先进水平。 3高炉采用的低硅冶炼技术不仅提高了生铁质量 ,而且取得了降硅、结焦、增产的良好经济效益。
By means of adjusting feeder level and optimizing gas distribution,Baosteel 3BF can work smoothly and steadily.The measures such as improving burden quality,rising utilization coefficient and PCI rate and improving operation,can ensure a steady decline in silicon content of hot metal,which has been stabilizated less than 0 3%.The lowest monthly average content of silicon has reached 0.26%,which has come up to the advanced world standards.Adoption of this technology can not only improve the quality of pig iron but also gain more benefit caused by silicon dropping,coking saving,and production increasing.
