摘要
通过不同碱度炉渣,对GCr15轴承钢中各种非金属夹杂物数量进行了统计分析,进而研究了炉渣碱度对非金属夹杂物形貌的影响.结果表明,炉渣碱度对车辆用轴承钢非金属夹杂物数量、类型和形态均有影响,低碱度渣可减少钢中的非金属夹杂物.
By the statistical analysis of the quantity of non metallic inclusions of GCr15 ball bearing steel under different basicities of slags,the effects on the shapes of non metallic inclusions are therefore researched.The results show that the basicity of slags influences the quantities,types and shapes of non metallic inclusions in ball bearing steel used for vehicle,and that the low basicity of slags can reduce the quantity of non metallic inclusions.
