摘要
在沥青混合料中掺加钢渣微粉,分析用钢渣微粉替代部分或全部矿粉对沥青混合料性能的影响。通过冻融劈裂试验来评价不同掺量的钢渣微粉对沥青混合料水稳定性的影响,并由车辙试验来评价不同掺量钢渣微粉对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:钢渣微粉可以改善沥青与集料的粘附性,提高沥青混合料的水稳定性;可以明显改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性,提高沥青路面的抗车辙能力;而对沥青混合料的抗裂性影响不大;钢渣粉的最佳掺量为沥青混合料总质量的4.5%。改善沥青混合料性能的机理在于钢渣的碱度大和比表面积大。但是钢渣微粉对沥青混合料其他性能提高不明显。
On the base of asphalt mixture with steel slag powder added, the effect of partial or total replacement of mineral powder with steel slag powder on performance of asphalt mixture was studied. By freezing and thawing split test the influence of different quantity mixes of the steel slag fine powder on the bituminous mixture water stability, and by wheel rut experiment the influence of different quantity mixes of steel slag fine powder on the bituminous mixture high temperature stability are appraised, respectively.The test results indicate that water stability and high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture can be improved markedly when the steel slag powder is used instead of mineral powder. And the influence of the steel slag powder addition on the anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture is little.The most optimum dosage of steel slag powder in asphalt mixture is 4.5 %. The improvement bituminous mixture performance mechanism lies in the steel slag alkalinity to be big and the relative surface accumulates in a big way. But enhancement of the steel slag fine powder to the other performance of bituminous mixture is not obvious.
