摘要
目的:研究Fas与FasL在人类同种异体移植肾组织中的表达,探讨其在人类同种异体肾移植排斥反应中的作用。方法:用免疫组织化学方法对30例人类同种异体肾移植切除标本中Fas与FasL的表达进行检测。结果:急性排斥反应的肾组织中FasL的表达强度显著高于慢性排斥反应肾组织(P<0.05)。FasL的表达强度与急性排斥反应的严重程度呈正相关。Fas在急、慢性排斥反应中均有较强的表达,但两组差异不显著。结论:FasL与急性排斥反应有关,其表达强度与急性排斥反应的严重程度呈正相关。Fas可能参与排斥反应。
OBJECTIVE To define the association of renal Fas and FasL expression with renal allograft rejection METHODOLOGY Renal tissues were obtained from 17 patients with acute and 13 patients with chronic allograft rejection. Renal histology was examined and recorded based on the Banff scoring system. Immunostaining was performed using anti Fas and anti FasL antibodies. The intensity of staining was graded on a 0 to 4+ scale. RESULTS There was a significant increase of the staining of Fas and FasL in tissues from both acute and chronic renal allograft rejection. Although the staining pattern was similar in acute and chronic allograft rejection, the scale of FasL staining was higher in tissues from acute renal allograft rejection than in tissues from chronic renal allograft rejection than in tissues from chronic allograft rejection, and the scale was correlated with the severity of the acute renal injury. CONCLUSION The increase of Fas and FasL in renal tissue from patients with both acute and chronic allograft rejection indicates that these two molecules are involved in the process of allograft rejection.
