Fas在大肠癌及癌旁组织的不同表达及意义

摘要 目的研究Fas在人体大肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达。方法应用SP免疫组化方法(链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法)对49例大肠癌及癌旁组织中的Fas基因的表达进行检测。结果凋亡基因Fas在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且高分化腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),但在不同分级的大肠癌及其癌旁组织之间的阳性率无明显差异。结论分化低的大肠腺癌癌旁组织中的细胞凋亡活动较活跃,有利于肿瘤的浸润与破坏。 Objective To investigate the expression of Fas in colonic cancer and near- by tissues. Methods The expression of Fas genes in colonic cancer and near - by tissues of 49 cases was determined by applying a method of SP immunohistochemical (streptomycin avidin- peroxidase connection). Results The results revealed that the positive expressive rate of apoptotic genes Fas in cilonic cancer was higher than in near - by tissues ( P 〈 0.05) and the expression rate in the tissuesof well - differentiated adenocar cinoma was also higher than that in the near - by tissues ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The positive rate in colonic cancers of different grade was not significafltly different from that in their near- by tissues. Conclusion The apoptosis cells are more active in the near- by tissues of colonic adenocarcinoma of low - differentiation, which is in favour of infiltroition and diffusion of tumor.
