血清蛋白质组学在肿瘤研究中的现状及展望 被引量：4

摘要 随着人类基因组计划（Human genomic project，HGP）的完成，生命科学的研究进入了一个崭新的后基因组时代。分子医学的研究重点已从结构基因组学转向功能基因组学，而蛋白质组学（proteomics）正是功能基因组学研究的重要支柱之一，在20世纪90年代逐渐兴起。使用蛋白质组学技术，鉴定血清中与肿瘤相关蛋白质表达情况，对揭示肿瘤发生发展机制、肿瘤早期诊断及分型、抗肿瘤药靶寻找、
