恰当地激励研发人员有助于推动企业技术创新工作。本文运用相关薪酬知识和理论,在分析研发工作和项目管理模式的基础上,提出了一套研发人员激励性薪酬设计方案和相应措施。
Inspiring research personnel felicitously can help to promote technical innovation task in enterprises. Using relevant salary knowledge and theory , on the basis of analyzing research and development work and project management model, an inspiring salary design project and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
