摘要
从战略管理理论的变迁探讨战略柔性的匹配与演化两种模式。匹配模式以传统战略为理论依据,强调企业依靠规划、定位、资源异质性等来应对环境的不稳定;演化模式则以复杂性科学理论为基础,强调自我选择和市场选择等多路径方式对环境的不稳定做出调整。
This paper discusses two patterns of strategic flexibility from the changes of strategic theory.Matching pattern,with traditional strategy as its theoretical basis,emphasizes that enterprises should deal with unstable environment by planning,positioning,and heterogeneous resource heterogeneity to response;evolvement pattern,based on complexity science theory,emphasizes to adjust the unstable environment by self selection and market selection.
