摘要
战略执行是通过战略变革达到企业战略所要求的目标及状态的过程。它具体是指在日常经营的动态过程中融入实施企业战略所要求的各项管理任务。从人员共识观、组织协同观等角度回顾并总结了战略执行方面的传统理论,并根据现有战略理论总结了战略执行理论研究的发展新趋势,包括战略变革、动态竞争、柔性战略等内容。
Implementation of the strategy is the process of achieving the objectives that the corporate strategy requires through strategic change. It specifically refers to the integration of business strategies and the various management tasks in the dynamic process of corporate daily operation. This paper reviews the traditional theories of the implementation of the strategy and sums up them from the perspective of the staff view, organization view and coordination view. Based on the existing strategic theory, this paper puts forward the new trends of the strategy implementation theory study, including strategic change and dynamic competitive, flexible strategy etc.
