复合材料高压气瓶用预成型织物的设计与织造 被引量:3

Structural design and weaving of preformed fabric for manufacturing composite high-pressure cylinder for gases

摘要 为获得可以整体缠绕成型高压气瓶的预成型织物,为该类复合材料的低成本制造提供新途径,研究了复合材料气瓶用预成型织物的设计方法。采用玻璃纤维作经、纬纱,织制出可直接缠绕成型气瓶回转体的预成型织物。沿气瓶回转体的侧面展开织物,得到了预成型织物的形状,设计经纱沿回转体的圆周方向,纬纱沿母线方向,使预成型织物具有可织性。分析不等纬密和分区等纬密2种设计方法的气瓶用预成型织物结构。结果表明:不等纬密的织造简单,但织物结构不均匀;在分区等纬密设计中,纬纱包括长纬纱和短纬纱,长纬与全部经纱相交织,短纬仅与部分区间的经纱交织;短纬数、长纬数与短纬数的比例、短纬在长纬中的分布规律将影响织物的结构均匀性。 In order to obtain a preformed fabric particular suitable to integrally moulding high-pressure cylinders and provide a new method for manufacturing this kind of composite material with low cost, this paper focused on the design method of the preformed fabric specially used for the composite high-pressure cylinder. Glass filament yarn was selected as warp and weft in weaving the preformed fabric, which can directly form the revolution shape of the cylinder by winding. The shape of the preform was obtained by spreading of cylinder body along its flank. The wefts in the preform were designed along the generator direction of the cylinder body and warps along the circumference direction, which made the fabric weavable. Two kinds of preform structures were analyzed, one is uneven weft density arrangement and another is sectional even weft density arrangement. It was found that although the preform with uneven weft density can be woven easily, the fabric structure is not uniform. In the preform with sectional even weft density, the wefts include long length wefts which interlace with all warp yarns and short length wefts which only interlace with the warp yarns in some sections. The fabric structural uniformity is affected by the kinds of short wefts, proportion of the long wefts and short wefts, as well as the distribution of the short wefts among the long ones.
