摘要
为提高缆型包芯纱的强力和结构均匀性,对纺制缆型包芯纱的重要部件之一分割辊的结构参数进行优化设计,包括材质、棱厚、槽宽、槽深和直径等。通过纺纱性能比较,选择聚甲醛为分割辊材料;利用正交试验优化后的分割辊结构尺寸为:棱厚0.2 mm,槽径13 mm,浅槽0.3 mm,深槽0.4 mm,槽宽0.5 mm。在相同的纺纱工艺条件下,纺制相同线密度和捻系数的涤/棉缆型包芯纱及普通包芯纱。成纱性能测试表明:缆型包芯纱的毛羽比普通包芯纱减少44%,断裂强度与条干均匀度差异不大;缆型包芯纱包芯效果更好,芯纱位置相对稳定。
To improve the strength and yarn evenness of the cable type core-spun yarn, this study optimized the structure parameters of the roving spacer which is one of the important components to spin the yarn, including material, thickness of edge, and width, depth and diameter of the groove. By comparing the performance of the spun yarns, polyformaldehyde was chosen as the material for making the roving spacer. Structure sizes optimized through orthogonal experiment were as follows: thickness of the edge 0.2 mm, groove diameter 13 ram, shallow groove 0. 3 ram, deep groove 0.4 ram, and width of groove 0.5 mm. Under the same spinning conditions, polyester/cotton cable type core-spun yarn and normal core-spun yarn with identical linear density and twist factor were spun. The spun yarn property test indicated that: compared with the normal core-spun yarn, the hairiness of cable type core-spun yarn reduced by 44% , but the breaking strength and the evenness had no obvious difference.
