摘要
通过比较传统提花织物与数码提花织物在产品特征上的差异,结合数码提花织物分层组合设计模式的特点,以织物结构的设计创新为前提,建立了切实可行的数码提花织物产品创新的技术路线图,并对产品创新过程中的关键技术进行分析,提出最佳的解决方案,为数码提花织物的产品创新提出现实的、操作性强的方法论。此外,根据数码提花织物创新技术的特点,通过创新设计的实例来强化数码提花织物设计的应用价值。
Through the comparison between traditional jacquard fabric and digital jacquard fabric with respect to the product features, and combining the advantage of layered-combination design mode of digital jacquard fabric, a feasible technological route chart for creating innovative designs of digital jacquard fabrics has been developed. The key technologies are analyzed and optimal solutions are presented, along with practical and flexible methodology. In addition, based on the characteristics of innovative designs of digital jacquard fabric, practical designs and illustrations are given for emphasizing the applied value of digital jacquard fabric designing.
