摘要
概述了我国土地污染的现状以及由土地污染引发的主要纠纷,分析了传统解决涉地纠纷制度存在的缺陷,提出了新的合乎中国实际的涉农解纷制度,为维护农村稳定提供参考。
The status and disputes of land pollution in China are introduced.The defects of traditional dispute resolution related to land are analyzed.The dispute resolution related to land that accords with China＇s reality are put forward,which would provide references for maintaining rural stability.
