摘要
多传感器信息融合技术已成为一个十分活跃的研究领域,它应用的范围越来越广。通过检测电路工作时电子元件的温度和关键点电压两方面的数据信息,对数据信息进行融合,从而确定故障元件,达到电路板无损检测。分析了多传感器数据融合算法,并将该算法有效地应用于电路板无损检测系统中,提高了系统诊断能力。
