摘要
采用不同基质对唐古特莸进行扦插容器育苗试验,研究其对唐古特莸插穗生长的影响,从中筛选适合其快速繁殖的最佳扦插基质。结果表明:A2基质(70%耕作土+20%沙+10%羊板粪)在6月份对唐古特莸进行温室扦插容器育苗,其生长指标综合表现较好,初生根时间为6 d,成活率85.5%,根系长度23.5 cm,侧根数5.6条,株高43.4 cm。
Effects of different growth media on Caryopteris tangutica spike growth were investigated to select preferable media.The results indicated that medium A2（70% soil＋20% sand＋10% sheep dung） exhibited significant benefits on the overall growth of the cuttings in June,the primary root time,the survival rate,root length,the number of lateral roots and plant heights were 6 d,85.5%,23.5 cm,5.6,43.4 cm respectively.
