摘要
采用3×3拉丁方设计,进行了ABT 1号生根粉和吲哚-3-乙酸对思茅松扦插苗成活率影响的研究。其拟合成活率效应的曲面方程表明:用吲哚-3-乙酸处理插穗,对思茅松扦插苗成活率的影响大于ABT 1号生根粉,其单因素效应的最佳浓度为106.6 mg/L,此时最佳的思茅松扦插苗的成活率理论值为60.87%(实际为76.3%);ABT 1号生根粉的最佳浓度为20.3 mg/L,此时最佳的思茅松扦插苗的成活率理论值为46.43%(实际为52.5%)。而同时使用两种激素处理思茅松穗条,其交互效应条件下的最佳浓度分别是:吲哚-3-乙酸为103.6 mg/L、ABT 1号生根粉为8.1 mg/L,此时的思茅松扦插苗的最佳理论成活率值为61%(实际为77%)。
Adopting the latin square design, the study on the effects ABT 1 and heteroauxing on survival ratio of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis cutting was conducted. The surface equation fit survival ratio showed that the effect of heteroauxing on the survival ratio of cutting was higher than that of ABT 1. Under the effect of single factor, the optimum concentration of heteroauxing was 106. 6 rag/L, with the best theoretical value of survival rate of 60.87 %, the actual value was 76. 3 % ; the optimum concentration of ABT 1 was 20. 3mg/L, with the best theoretical value of survival rate of 46. 43 %, the actual value was 52.5 %. Under the combined effect of two factors, the optimum treatment was mixing 103.6 mg/L of heteroauxing with 8. 1 mg/L of ABT 1, the best theoretical value of survival rate of 61%, the actual value was 77 %.
