摘要
地勘单位"走出去"开展资源勘查开发活动将面临着自然灾害风险、地质技术风险、经济商业风险、政治社会风险。为防范这些风险,"走出去"的地勘单位应高度树立风险意识,准确进行战略定位,合理选择进入及运作方式,切实作好尽职调查,扎实搞好项目可行性论证,充分利用外部资源,严格把关合作协议,打造高水平的境外人才。将风险防范贯穿于"走出去"的始终。
The paper introduces the natural disaster risk,geotechnical risk,economic and commercial risks,and political and social risks,which the geological prospecting unit will faced with in the overseas resources exploration and exploitation activities.Some countermeasures are proposed,these are:establishing risk awareness,carrying out an accurate strategic positioning,rationally selecting the ways of entering the foreign countries and operation model,strengthening efforts to perform a due-diligence investigation,making a concentrated effort to demonstrate the project feasibility,making full use of external resources,strictly examining cooperation agreement,creating well-trained outside talent.
