摘要
研究了以湖北某地钙基膨润土为原料生产冶金球团用钠基膨润土的各种试验条件,钠化后得到的膨润土产品性能满足目前市场上对冶金球团土的要求。造球试验结果表明,添加少量的钠基膨润土生产的球团完全适合于钢铁行业的要求。
In this paper, some experimental conditions of preparation of sodium bentonite used in pellets of iron ore by calcium bentonite from Hubei province are studied. The quality of sodium bentonite meet the request of bentonite uesed in pellets of iron ore at presnt markets. Experimental results of pelleting show that pellets of iron ore added low quantity of sodium bentonit meet the request of iron and steel industry.
