社区医用氧气湿化瓶细菌污染情况调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查各社区健康服务站医用氧气湿化瓶污染情况,制订预防医用氧气湿化瓶细菌污染措施,确保医疗安全。方法:抽查我院所辖24个社区健康服务中心装在吸氧装置上的干燥氧气湿化瓶263只,置于清洁抽屉内的备用氧气湿化瓶167只,进行细菌学检测。结果:装于吸氧装置上的干的氧气湿化瓶(临用状态)细菌污染96只,细菌污染率达36.5%;放于抽屉备用的氧气湿化瓶细菌污染99只,细菌污染率高达59.28%。两组氧气湿化瓶细菌污染率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=165.13,P<0.01)。结论:各社区健康服务中心医用氧气湿化瓶存在严重污染情况。加强氧气湿化瓶的消毒与保存,加强社区健康服务站护理人员进行相关培训迫不容缓。 Objective: To investigate various communities healthy service station medical oxygen humidity bottle pollution situation, the making prevention medical oxygen humidity bottle bacterium pollution measure, guarantees the medical security. Methods: Samples in our hospital under the jurisdiction of 24 community health service centers devices installed in the dry oxygen humidifier bottle of 263, placed inside a drawer clean spare oxygen bottles of 167 wetlands for bacteriological testing. Results: Oxygen devices installed in the dry and wet oxygen bottles was contaminated by 96 bacterial, bacterial contamination rate was 36.5%; put in the drawer of spare oxygen bottles of bacterial contamination of wetlands 99, bacterial contamination rate was 59.28%. 2 bottles of oxygen wetlands between the rate of bacterial contamination was significantly (χ^2=165.13, P〈0.01).Conclusion: The community health service centers of medical oxygen bottles wetlands serious pollution. Strengthening of the oxygen bottle wet disinfection and preservation, to strengthen the community health service centers for training of nursing staff forced delay.
