摘要
用0．1‰～0．5‰洗必泰溶液代替凉开水作为氧气湿化液．洗必泰溶液4日、7日带菌率均小于凉开水1日带菌率．两者相比，P＜0．01．差异有显著性。0．1‰、0．2‰、0．5‰三种浓度洗必泰溶液一周带菌率相比．P＞0．05，差异无显著性．经0．1‰洗必泰溶液湿化的氧化．可减少带菌．延长更换时间．对病人安全无害．无异味，无刺激，配制简单，价廉易保存．具有实用价值。
Using 0. 1‰~0. 5‰ hibitane as oxygen humectant instead of boiled water. we found that the carrier rate of hihitane in the forth day and seventh day was all less than that of boiled water on the first day. The result showed significant difference(P <0. 01).The comparison among the carrier ratc on a week showed there wasn't significant difference (P>0. 01). Using 0. 1‰ hibitane as oxygen humectant can reduce carrier rate and prolong the time of exchanging. It is safe for for patients. irrative and without taste. It is made simply. Its price is cheap and it can be kepted easily. It is of Practical value.
