摘要
研究了镧(La3+)和铕(Eu3+)对蚕豆保卫细胞外向钾通道(K+out)电流的作用.在细胞外,La3+对K+out电流是抑制的,半抑制浓度EC50为81μmol·L-1;Eu3+对K+out电流表现为低浓度(10和50μmol·L-1)激活,高浓度(≥1mmol·L-1)抑制.La3+在细胞内对K+out电流也表现为低浓度(1.13×10-14mol·L-1)激活,高浓度(5.86×10-14mol·L-1)抑制现象.稀土离子La3+和Eu3+对保卫细胞K+out电流的作用,可能和植物调节水分有关,这可能是稀土生物效应的机制之一.
Effects of La^3+ and Eu^3+ on outward potassium channels (Kout^+) in Vicia guard cells have been studied by patch clamping technique. Extracellular La^3+ inhibited Kout^+ currents with a half-inhibition-concentration (EC50) of 81 μmol·L^-1. Interestingly, intracellular La^3+ activated Kout^+ currents at a free concentration of 1.13 ×10^-14 mol·L^-1, and inhibited Kout^+ currents at a free concentration of 5.86×10^-14 mol·L^-1. Extracellular Eu^3+ also activated Kout^+ currents at concentrations of 10 μmol·L^-1 and 50μmol·L^-1, and inhibited Kout^+ currents at concentrations of more than 1 mmol·L^-1. The effects of La^3+ and Eu^3+ on Kout^+ currents may have function to regulate plant water status, which may be one of the mechanisms of biological effect of rare earth elements.
