摘要
本文用高分辨率红外光谱方法研究了钙调蛋白的二级结构,结合晶体结构数据对蛋白的7个α-螺旋段在AmideI带的振动谱带进行了初步指认。探讨了Ca(2+)、Eu(3+)对蛋白构象的影响。
High resolution FTIR method was used to investigate the secondary structure of calmodulin. Tentative assignments of the 7 segments of α-helix were proposed. The influences of Ca2+ and Eu3+ on the con formation of CaM were also studied.
