摘要
为了提高青年教师专业技能水平,北京大学医学部工会搭建人才成长平台,组织青年教师讲课比赛,取得了可喜的成绩。讲课比赛推动了学校教学工作,促进课堂教学质量不断提高。
In order to improve the level of professional skills of the young teachers, the trade union of Peking University Health Science Center has built a platform for talents through organizing lecture competition of the young teachers. We have made gratifying achievements. The lecture competition has promoted the teaching work and the teaching quality improvement.
