摘要
对33例行右心导管术的先天性心脏病患者用放免法测定了血液循环中不同部位的PANF水平以及PRA、AT-Ⅱ、C-AMP和C-GMP浓度。结果提示:PANF经肺循环后部分被代谢;PANF与右房压、肺动脉压、肺毛细血管嵌顿压、血浆C-GMP呈显著正相关,与PRA呈负相关。
The plasma levels of ANF, PRA, AT-Ⅱ and C-GMP in blood collected from different positions ofcirculation, were determined by radioimmunoassay in 33 patients with congenital heart disease undergoing right heart catheterization. Plasma ANF concentrations were well correlated with right atrial pressure, pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure. The plasma levels of ANF were significantly correlated with plasma C-GMP concentration and were negatively correlated with PRA.
