摘要
左室扭转运动指的是心尖部相对于基底部的旋转运动,对左室收缩期射血及舒张早期充盈具有重要的作用,因此,对左室扭转运动进行正确的评价具有重要的临床意义。超声斑点追踪成像技术不受心脏整体运动影响及无角度依赖性,是无创性评价心脏扭转运动的新的量化指标。本文对斑点追踪成像技术的基本原理及其在评价心脏扭转运动中的临床应用予以综述。
Left ventricular tortion is the wringing motion of the heart apex to the basilar part,has an important roal to left ventricular systolic ejection and diastolic filling.So it is helpful to evaluate left ventricular tortion.Speckle tracking imaging（STI）technique may represent a new,noninvasive approach for assessment of left ventricular torsion.It is independent of global cardiac function and angle.This paper analysed the mechanic of STI and assess left ventricular torsion in clinical studies.
