摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EM)是一种性激素依赖性和自身免疫反应性疾病,好发于生育年龄女性。目前治疗EM所用的药物大都与性激素有关,不良反应较大,而手术仍是治疗EM的首要措施,并且以腹腔镜手术为首选,但易复发,故药物与手术联合治疗成为人们探讨的问题。本文就国内外近年来对EM的药物治疗、手术治疗、综合治疗及生物治疗进行综述。
Endometriosis（EM）which is always seen in women of childbearing age is a common and intractable gynecologic disorder characterized by the presence of the functioning endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity.The incidence of EM is increasing in nation and worldwide.At present,because the medicine therapy consists of hormone and anti-hormone medicine that may have side effects,the best strategy is still surgery,of which celioscope operation is the first priority for EM treatment,however,recrudescence rate is very high.Therefore,therapeutic alliance of medication and surgical treatment becomes the subject of study.This paper makes a panoramic review of the current status of integral medical study on EM both nationwide and worldwide,including Medication,Surgery,Comprehensive Treatment,and the Biological Therapy.
