摘要
研究了Y_2O_3对40Cr钢表面激光熔覆镍基合金层显微组织、相结构以及性能的影响。结果表明,加入Y_2O_3的镍基激光熔覆层显微组织细小、均匀,且不出现微裂纹。熔覆层形成的物相有γ-(Fe,Ni)、Cr_(23)C_6、Cr_2B、Fe_2Be相等。与纯镍基熔覆层相比,加入Y_2O_3的镍基熔覆层显微硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性均有较大程度提高。
The effects Y2O3 on the microstructure, phase composition and properties of N;-based laser cladding coating were investigated. The results indicate that the microstructure becomes finer and symmetrical, and has not crack by adding Y2O3.There are γ(Fe, Ni),Cr23 C6 .Cr2 B, Fe2 B phases in the coatings. The microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion rate of Nibased cladding coating by adding Y2O3 improves greater comparing with not adding Y2O3.
