摘要
为了研究工艺参数对45#钢表面WC—Co熔覆层组织及性能的影响,采用5kWCO2激光器在450钢表面激光熔覆WC-Co涂层。利用SEM观察、显微硬度测试手段,研究了激光功率、扫描速度对熔覆层的显微硬度以及组织的影响。结果表明:在其它条件不变时,随着能量密度的增加,熔覆层的显微硬度下降;激光能量密度不同,对流作用不同。激光能量密度越大,熔池中对流作用越强,熔池中合金元素的分布越均匀。这些结果对激光熔覆WC—Co涂层相关领域的研究是很有帮助的。
In order to study the effect of laser technological parameters on the microstructure and microhardness of 45# steel, laser cladding WC-Co on 45# steel surface by the 5kW continuous wave CO2 laser. The effect of laser power on the microstructure and microhardness of the clad zone were studied by the scanning electron microseope(SEM) and the microhardness testing techniques. The resuits show that the WC-Co coating microhardness of clad zone decreases with the increment of laser power. The effect of convection differs with the laser power. The alloy elements in the melting pond distribute more equably with increasing the laser power. These results are expected to provide available reference for the further research of laser cladding WC-Co.
