肝细胞癌实验诊断的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 在全世界，肝细胞癌（HCC）是第五位最普通的癌，在癌死亡率中是第三位最重要的原因，5年生存率仅仅7％。HCC是在慢性肝病（如肝硬化）的基础上发展的，它是一种预后很差的疾病。因此，密切追踪肝硬化病人是重要的，以便在早期阶段检出HCC，进行最佳治疗。当前用以诊断和过筛HCC的常规方法包括物理检查，超声影像学检查及血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）浓度测定。最近20年来，AFP的有关参数（如AFP mRNA和AFP的糖化型）得到广泛地研究，用作可能的新标志物诊断和监测HCC。本文简要介绍AFP及它的有关参数在诊断和监测HCC时的现代认识。
