低位直肠癌保肛手术的现状与争议 被引量：10

摘要 在过去的一个世纪里，直肠癌外科获得了巨大的发展，手术方式也发生明显变化。从最初多数患者只能接受经会阴姑息切除发展到根治性的经腹会阴联合切除（APR）^[1-2]，直到现代认识到全直肠系膜切除术（TME）的重要性^[3]。对直肠癌生物学行为的理解更深入，使距齿状线5cm以内，甚至距肛缘5cm以内的直肠肿瘤可安全地行保肛手术。随着手术方式的改进，术后局部复发率也明显下降。
