摘要
运用文献资料法对中层组织理论进行了概括,并将此作为研究的理论依据对体育社团的缓冲功效进行系统分析。研究认为:体育社团在加强群众与政府间的对话;提供强有力的社会支持;缓解社会压力;缝合社会矛盾等多个方面对社会的稳定起到了有效的缓冲作用。
This article summarizes the theory of the middle organization by the methods of documentary information, and analyses the buffer efficacy of the sports conmunity on the theoretical basis of the summarization. The research suggests： the sports community can enhance the communication between the masses and the government, provide a strong support to the society, ease the stress of the society and solve the problems of the society.
