摘要
探讨了组织理论在体育文化研究中的功能,认为组织理论有助于体育文化研究方法的优化,有助于体育文化研究内容的丰富,有助于体育文化研究思想的创新。但从我国体育文化研究的角度,一来因为体育自身独特的文化特征,二来由于中外文化存在着差异,决定了组织理论在体育文化研究中有着一定的局限性。
The paper discusses functions of organization theory in research of sports culture,the theory contributes to optimize research methods,to help research content rich,to make innovations in the idea of sports cultural research.But from the perspective of research of cultural sports,both because sports its own unique cultural identity,and because there are differences between Chinese and foreign cultures,there are some limitations of organization theory in the study of sports cultural.
