摘要
以橡胶草的茎叶为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,探索了橡胶草组织培养的最佳途径。结果表明:茎叶愈伤诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+2-4,D1.0mg/L;最佳分化培养基为MS+6BA0.8mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;诱导生根的最佳培养基是1/2MS(蔗糖减半)+NAA0.5mg/L。
Stems and leaves of rubber dandelion (Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin) were used as explants for tissue culture, with MS medium as the basic medium. The results showed that the optimum cultural mediums for tissue culture of explants of stems and leaves were MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ 2-4, D1.0 mg/L for callus inducing MS + 6BA0.8 mg/L + NAA03 mg/Lfor differentiation, and 1/2MS + NAA0.5 mg/L for rooting.
