摘要
目的建立甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)阴虚型大鼠模型,观察因宁片的主要药效作用。方法用甲状腺片混悬液灌服大鼠制备甲亢阴虚型大鼠模型,用放免法和免放法检测各组大鼠三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)血清值,并观察体质量、肛温及外观行为变化,取大鼠甲状腺、肾上腺组织称量计算脏器系数,检测白细胞、中性粒细胞总数。结果与甲亢模型组比较,甲亢灵组,因宁片低、中、高剂量组血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4值及肛温均显著降低(均P<0.05),血清TSH值、体质量、白细胞及中性粒细胞总数显著升高(P<0.05)。结论因宁片可使甲亢阴虚型大鼠的各项甲状腺功能血清值恢复正常,还可增加其体质量,降低肛温,改善外观行为,其功效与甲亢灵相似。
Objective To establish a hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency model on rats and study the major pharmacodynamics role of yinning tablets. Methods The hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency model was set up by feeding rats with the suspension of thyroid tablets. The T3 , T4 , FT3 , NF4 , TSH in rats were detected by RIA and the body weight, rectal temperature, behavior and appearance were tested. The thyroid and adrenal tissue indexes were caculated and WBC and neutripluls were also counted. Results Compared with the model rats, serum T3 , T4 , FT3 , FT4 values and rectal temperature were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） serum TSH values, weight, WBC and neutripluls increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） in drugs treated rats. Conclusion Yinning tablets not only help hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency rat return to normal, but also can increase body weight, lower rectal temperature, improve appearance and performance, which have the similar effect of fiakangling tablets.
