摘要
目的总结经后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿的经验,讨论手术适应证及手术要点。方法采用后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿患者30例,包括肾盂旁囊肿3例。结果30例手术均获成功,术后3个月复查B超,有2例复发。手术后住院4~8 d。结论后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶术具有创伤小、术后恢复快和复发率低的优点,应为肾囊肿治疗的首选术式。
Objective The experience with retroperitoneoscopic unroofing of renal cyst was reported and the indications and operative procedure were discussed.Methods 30 patients with renal cyst underwent retroperitoneoscopic unroofing including 3 ases of peri-pelvic cyst.Results All patients were successful.The two patients recurred after 2 months.The postoperative hospital stay was 4 to 8 days.Conclution Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing is a safe effective and mini-invasive procedure.Patients recover quickly after operation.It should be the first choice for treatment of renal cyst.
